The 315 kVA epoxy resin cast dry type transformer was delivered to Georgia in 2022 for a national project. Transformers are used on the highway.

The rated power of the dry type transformer is 315 kVA with AN cooling, the primary voltage is 10 kV with ±2*2.5% tapping range(NLTC), the secondary voltage is 0.4kV with delta star connection.

Cast resin technology provides excellent insulation and environmental protection, this together with the foil winding technology inside the resin offers the ultimate dry type transformer in terms of dielectric performance and short circuit withstand ability and ensures long term reliability for both distribution and special applications. cast resin transformers can be supplied with either aluminum or copper windings together with possibility of class F or class H insulation system, they can be designed to in-door or out-door installation with different enclosures.

The epoxy resin dry type transformer has the characteristics of good electrical performance, strong lightning impact resistance, strong short-circuit resistance, small size, and light weight. The temperature display controller can be installed to display and control the operating temperature of the transformer windings to ensure the normal service life of the transformer.

According to the temperature rise, the cooling fan is automatically controlled to stop, overtemperature alarm and ultra-high temperature tripping to ensure the safe operation of dry power transformer.
